Innovative Systems/FinScan®a leading global provider of SaaS and on-premise software data management and risk and compliance solutions is expanding our Account Management team due to high growth and continuing global expansion.

As an Associate Account Manager, you will assist in nurturing existing client accounts and learn to grow those accounts through upsell and cross selling activities.  D
eeply committed to client success, you understand the importance of building credibility and trust with all stakeholders.

You will have a sincere interest in learning or prior knowledge of data management, data analytics, software solutions or similar technologies to provide the best solutions to clients so that they meet their objectives. Exposure or experience within financial services, Fintech or Regtech, with knowledge of AML, KYC is a plus.

Location: Based out of our London, UK office, where we have a flexible hybrid work model working 1 to 2 days per week, in the office.

Our Associate Account Managers are great communicators who see the big picture, are highly organized and great influencers.  You will:
  • Nurture, establish and grow relationships with assigned clients.
  • Retain existing revenue while identifying, qualifying, persuading, negotiating, and closing growing new revenue and market share within assigned clients.
  • Serve as client advocate to ISI, maintaining awareness of their current and upcoming business needs and concerns and introducing, presenting, and selling solutions that align with the client company’s strategic objectives.
  • Maximize client satisfaction by regular visits and/or calls, as determined by minimum ISI standards.
  • Maintain a Relationship Map with individuals’ names, title, role in the use of the ISI solution, email, phone number (voice/text) as well as additional information as is required.
  • Work with other members of the Innovative team in support of successful delivery, understanding, and implementation of Innovative’s solutions.
  • Keep management apprised of challenges, endangered accounts, new ideas, findings, and solutions that build client satisfaction and enhance company growth and market share.
  • Maintains CRM daily with records of calls, appointments, activities, next steps.  For any renewals and revenue opportunities, maintains accurate revenue amounts, close dates and sales stage.
  • Associate Degree (min) and/or 1 year related professional experience.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems a plus.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand, interpret, and effectively communicate technical concepts.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong commitment to follow-through and achievement of objectives.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and an entrepreneurial mind-set.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication (writing, verbal, and in-person).
  • Results-oriented, resourceful, with a strong work ethic and a “whatever it takes” attitude (always within the guidelines of what’s legal, ethical and moral).
  • Proven effective team player / collaborator.
  • Ability and willingness to work outside of home or office on a regular basis, including travel to client sites (approximately 10-25% (US and/or internationally).
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) software, data analysis, data quality, data integration, business Intelligence (BI), or similar technologies
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in other languages especially Arabic, French, Spanish or Portuguese
