Software Delivery & Implementation Consultants

At Innovative, our software delivery & implementation consultants are referred to as Professional Services Consultants.  They are multi-faceted contributors that possess strong technical acumen, combined with great analytic and problem-solving ability, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  They interact with internal and external clients as well as provide technical expertise and solutions.  

As an example, these individuals provide technical expertise during the pre-sales phase of the product cycle. They may also participate in POCs (proof-of-concept) trials.  Their core responsibilities include delivery, configuration, and implementation of Innovative’s industry-leading software solutions at client sites and ensure that each client's expectations and Innovative standards of quality and performance are met. Each day brings new challenges! You will collaborate with teammates in other departments and locations around the globe as you independently and collectively work to devise new ideas and solutions that help enterprises to avoid risk, manage data - in short, our products help them to know their clients better.

As a Professional Services Consultant, you may have the opportunity to travel and interact with clients from a wide range of diverse cultural and industry backgrounds.   • Interface with external and internal clients in successful execution of all facets of the software and services delivery phase
  • Collaborate with sales, consulting,  and other internal teams to develop an understanding of prospective client needs
  • Design and deliver effective presentations and technical demonstrations of ISI’s products during the sales cycle to provide clients with a clear understanding of the product’s effectiveness and value in their environment
  • Assist sales with development of product justification
  • Consult with clients to analyze and develop understanding of their customization needs
  • Perform software customization to align  the product with client needs
  • Implement software products in various environments; on-site or remotely
  • Use software application programming to integrate ISI’s products with client’s resident systems and processes
  • Provide consulting and client training, on-site or remotely
  • Manage Case Study projects and client expectations
  • Use batch processes to integrate ISI products into client processes
  • Perform testing to ensure product implementation meets or exceeds performance and quality standards
  • Provide client support until post-implementation handoff to ISI’s Product Support team


  • Undergraduate or higher level degree in computer or software engineering, computer or information science, mathematics or related degree
  • Experience with C, Java, .Net, SQL or other related languages or technologies
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong commitment to follow-through
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and effectively communicate technical concepts
  • Ability to understand, articulate, and define solutions that meet the client’s needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven, effective team player / collaborator
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%


  • Understanding or working knowledge of data management concepts
  • Understanding or working knowledge of data analysis, data quality, data integration, Business Intelligence (BI), or similar technologies
  • Fluency with other languages including French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, and Chinese
