Sales Development Representative

Innovative Systems, Inc. is looking for a bright, highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing global sales development team.  

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional tenacity and drive to not only meet, but to exceed goals.  You will also be an excellent verbal and written communicator whose is adept at building great relationships. Prior software sales experience along with comfort making product presentations is desired, but not required. 

This position provides strong training and mentoring and also establishes a great foundation for moving into our Enterprise Sales or Account Management teams. When you approach prospects in any of our 40+ global markets, you will be backed by a history of success built on Innovative’s outstanding reputation for quality products and industry-leading customer satisfaction levels.  

This position is based in the city of London near the Bank and Liverpool Street stations.


As an Inside Sale Executive at Innovative, you will be incented to qualify leads received from various marketing efforts. You will have the opportunity increase your earnings even further by closing your own leads on qualifying products.  Additionally, you will be responsible to:

  • Contact and qualify leads from various sources; determine interest level, need, and identify key decision makers
  • Pass qualified leads to the sales team; make own close when appropriate
  • Conduct online presentations and product demos
  • Manage client relationship for sales you close, maintaining awareness of their business needs and concerns and providing solutions that align with the client company’s strategic objectives
  • Proactively generate new business 
  • Enter and maintain leads in
  • Follow Innovative’s internal processes to ensure a consistent client experience; collaborate with other teammates to recommend improvements
  • Stay abreast of Innovative’s software solutions and service offerings
  • Work with other members of the Innovative team in support of successful delivery, understanding, and implementation of Innovative’s solutions
  • Maintain integrity in dealing with internal teams, clients, and partners in a professional manner.
  • Support Innovative’s vision, methodologies, values, and strategies


  • Highly organized and tenacious with strong commitment to follow-through
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator (writing and oral)
  • Results-oriented, resourceful, with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Proven effective team player/collaborator


  • Prior B2B or Client Relationship / Account Manager experience
  • Prior experience with and web meeting tools (Go to Meeting)
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Knowledge or experience with software solutions
