Innovative Systems named #1 in technology and customer satisfaction by leading analysts is looking for bright, highly motivated individuals to join our growing Global Inside Sales teams in Pittsburgh and London.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be adept at building strong relationships, and have evidence of exceptional tenacity in exceeding goals. Prior telesales or direct B2B experience with software/ technical products, along with comfort making product presentations is desired, but not required. Innovative's great growth creates ongoing growth for those who want to expand their career into other others of sales or account management locally or internationally.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING....
As an Inside Sale Executive at Innovative, you will be incented to qualify leads received from various marketing efforts. You will have the opportunity increase your earnings even further by closing your own leads on qualifying products. Additionally, you will be responsible to:
Contact and qualify leads from various sources; determine interest level, need, and identify key decision makers
Pass qualified leads to the sales team; make own close when appropriate
Conduct online presentations and product demos
Manage client relationship for sales you close, maintaining awareness of their business needs and concerns and providing solutions that align with the client company’s strategic objectives
Proactively generate new business
Enter and maintain leads in Salesforce.com
Follow Innovative’s internal processes to ensure a consistent client experience; collaborate with other teammates to recommend improvements
Stay abreast of Innovative’s software solutions and service offerings
Work with other members of the Innovative team in support of successful delivery, understanding, and implementation of Innovative’s solutions
Maintain integrity in dealing with internal teams, clients, and partners in a professional manner.
Support Innovative’s vision, methodologies, values, and strategies
