The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual (French/English) with a proven hunter mentality, strong aptitude for understanding technology, and a record of exceeding targets. They will also understand the FinTech sector, risk and compliance solutions, and be knowledgeable of AML, KYC, PEPs, and more. This position provides opportunity to grow your career as expand Innovative's client base throughout France, Benelux, and other parts of continental Europe.
This position is based in Tower 42 at our London city office where you will report to the SVP of Sales & Chief Marketing Officer. You will receive in-depth training at our US and London offices and be mentored to help you establish a strong foundation for success! You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary + double OTE uncapped for achieving sales targets, and benefit schemes to support your health, career, and financial well-being.
